Ager Consulting guided The Arc of Spokane’s efforts to raise money for badly needed capital improvements. Launching our campaign shortly before the 2007 financial crisis, we nearly shut it down. But with direction from Ager Consulting, we pressed on and found generous hearts in spite of the economic environment. By 2011 we had made our goal of $2.4 million.
